De Decorfit Interiors LLP is looking for an experienced
Accounts & Finance Manager
to lead and manage the entire finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate must be a
Chartered Accountant
with strong expertise in
Indian accounting standards, foreign accounting practices, and UAE VAT compliance
. This role requires leadership capability to supervise a team of accountants and ensure accurate financial reporting for both India and UAE-linked business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and train a team of accountants
Manage full accounting cycle: AR, AP, payroll, banking, reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Handle budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and fund planning
Prepare project-wise cost reports, MIS dashboards, and profitability analysis
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings
Establish and maintain financial internal controls and SOPs
Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions
Manage multi-currency accounting and inter-company reconciliations
Prepare management financial reports aligned with
UAE accounting standards
Ensure
UAE VAT compliance
, filing, documentation, and periodic audits
Support ERP and accounting software implementation (Tally Prime mandatory)
Provide financial insights to management for decision-making
Requirements
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
5 to 12 years of experience in finance and accounting
Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing a team
Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, statutory compliance
Strong understanding of foreign accounting practices, particularly UAE accounting
Hands-on experience with UAE VAT processes, compliance, and documentation
Experience in project-based companies (interior fit-out, construction, manufacturing) preferred
Strong analytical ability, communication skills, and decision-making capability
English communication must be good; Hindi spoken preferred
Gulf experience will be an added advantage
Salary Range
40,000 - 70,000 INR per month
(Depending on experience, capability, and foreign accounting exposure)
