Job Description

We are a rapidly growing travel company specializing in international tour packages, holiday planning, and end-to-end travel services. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a highly skilled and responsible Finance Manager to lead our financial management, reporting, compliance, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Manage day-to-day accounting activities and supervise the accounts team. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health of the company. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, MIS). Review invoices, vendor payments, receivables, and payables. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and all statutory requirements in India. Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits. Implement strong financial controls, processes, and SOPs. Analyze financial performance and provide insights for cost control and profitability improvement. Support management in strategic decision-making, pricing, and financial planning for travel products. Handle payment gateway settlements, bank reconciliations, and fund management. Work closely with sales & operations teams for financial coordination on bookings and supplier payments.

Requirements:

Master's/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field. 3-7 years of experience in finance or accounting (travel industry experience preferred but not mandatory). Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards. Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software. Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and team management ability. High level of accuracy, integrity, and responsibility.
