Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification CMA is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies and procedures. Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with various departments. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Oversee the preparation of reports, summaries, and forecasts for business growth, performance, and potential risk exposure.

Budget Management:

Monitor and manage the budget, providing regular updates to the management team. Review and approve expenditures against the budget, ensuring financial discipline across the organization. Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results and recommend corrective actions.

Cash Flow Management:

Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure the company can meet its financial obligations. Develop strategies to optimize cash flow, minimize costs, and manage debt.

Risk Management and Compliance:

Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with all financial and tax regulations, standards, and best practices. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities for audits and financial inspections.

Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals. Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
