We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Finance Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will manage financial operations, accounting processes, and support strategic financial decision-making for our structural engineering and project management consulting divisions. This role requires proficiency in Zoho suite of products and strong analytical skills to support our expanding operations. 
Key Responsibilities 
 Financial Management & Accounting 
 Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards 
 Manage accounts payable and receivable processes 
 Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements 
 Handle GST filing, TDS calculations, and statutory compliance requirements 
 Process employee expense reimbursements and vendor payments 
 Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash flow records 
 Project Finance & Cost Management 
 Track project-wise financial performance for structural consulting and PMC divisions 
 Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability analysis 
 Prepare project billing and invoice management for client projects 
 Coordinate with project managers for cost estimation and budget planning 
 Maintain project financial reports and variance analysis 
 Zoho Platform Management 
 Utilize Zoho Books for comprehensive accounting and financial management 
 Manage invoicing and billing processes through Zoho Invoice 
 Process expense management using Zoho Expense 
 Generate financial reports and analytics using Zoho Analytics 
 Integrate and maintain data across Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, and other Zoho applications 
 Customize Zoho workflows to streamline financial processes 
 Compliance & Documentation 
 Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements 
 Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory submissions 
 Assist in annual audit processes and liaise with external auditors 
 Prepare MIS reports for management review 
 Handle tax planning and advisory activities 
 Administrative Support 
 Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration 
 Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities 
 Coordinate with banks for various financial transactions 
 Maintain vendor database and manage procurement processes 
 Support business development team with financial proposals and cost analysis 
Requirements 
Education & Certification 
 Essential: B.Com/M.Com in Accounting, Finance, or related field 
 Preferred: CA Inter/ACCA/CMA or pursuing professional qualification 
 Additional certification in Zoho products is highly desirable 
Technical Skills 
 Mandatory: Proficient in Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice, and Zoho Expense 
 Working knowledge of other Zoho applications (CRM, Projects, Analytics) 
 Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling 
 Understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards 
 Knowledge of Tally ERP (additional advantage) 
Experience Requirements 
 2-5 years of experience in accounts and finance roles 
 Experience in service industry, preferably engineering/construction consulting 
 Hands-on experience with Zoho suite of products (minimum 1 year) 
 Knowledge of project-based accounting and cost management 
Preferred Qualifications 
 Experience in engineering/construction industry accounting practices 
 Understanding of project management financial processes 
 Knowledge of BIM and engineering project cost structures 
 Experience with multi-location financial management 
 Familiarity with expense management for field-based teams
