Role & Responsibilities
Head the Finance & Accounts department
Oversee accounting, finalization of accounts & MIS reporting
Manage GST, Income Tax, TDS and other statutory compliances
Handle budgeting, cash flow & working capital management
Coordinate with auditors, banks & external consultants
Ensure strong internal controls and financial discipline
Key Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting & taxation laws
Experience in retail or trading industry preferred
Leadership and team management skills
Analytical and strategic thinking ability
