We are seeking an accomplished

Head of Finance

with 15-20 years of experience in the

automotive industry

, managing financial operations of ?100-200 crores. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of all functions of finance and accounts, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of driving financial performance and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the entire

finance and accounts function

, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and audit. Drive

strategic financial planning

to support business growth and profitability. Ensure proper financial controls, risk management, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Manage

cash flow

, working capital, fund planning, and treasury functions efficiently. Analyze financial data, trends, and KPIs to support top management in

decision-making

. Coordinate with external and internal auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. Lead and mentor a team of finance and accounts professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business strategy. Handle investor relations and support in board-level reporting and presentations.

Key Requirements:

15-20 years of experience

in finance leadership roles, preferably within the

automotive manufacturing or components industry

. Must have handled financial operations for businesses with transactions

of ?100-200 crores

. Strong knowledge of

accounting principles, taxation, cost control, ERP systems

, and financial compliance. Proven team leadership experience with the ability to

build and manage finance teams

. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills. Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent finance qualification is preferred.
