Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accounts & Finance Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager to manage our financial operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growths.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Accounting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow.
-Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
2. Compliance and Reporting:
- Manage GST, TDS, EPF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Prepare and submit various reports, including financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory filings.
3. MIS and Analysis:
- Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to provide insights on financial performance.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
4. Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze variances between actual and budgeted financial performance.
5. Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with the accounts and finance team to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Provide support and guidance to team members as needed.
6. System Implementation and Maintenance:
- Implement and maintain accounting software, including Tally.
- Ensure that financial systems are secure, efficient, and compliant with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
o Qualifications: CA/ICWA/MBA/M.Com/B.Com (Finance) or equivalent.
o Experience: Minimum 3-7 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a similar industry.
o Skills:
- Proficient in Tally, Excel, and other accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, laws, and regulations, including GST, TDS, EPF, and ESIC.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written and communication skills.
o Personal Attributes:
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
