Position: Accounts & Finance Executive / Manager

Industry: Garments & Apparel Manufacturing / Export / Retail

Location: [Noida]

Experience Required: 2-5 Years (in Garments & Apparel industry preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and cost sheets specific to garments and apparel production.

Monitor inventory, raw material consumption, costing, and pricing of garments.

Handle taxation matters (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and ensure statutory compliance.

Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.

Manage vendor payments, buyer accounts, and follow up on receivables.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for production and sales.

Ensure effective cost control, margin analysis, and financial efficiency across operations.

Liaise with merchandising, production, and supply chain teams for financial tracking of orders.

Maintain proper documentation of export/import financial transactions (if applicable).

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, garment costing, and financial management.

Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / SAP / other accounting software.

Understanding of garment industry workflow (from fabric purchase to finished goods).

Good analytical skills with attention to detail.

Knowledge of taxation, compliance, and export-import documentation.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
