Accounts & Finance Executive - Logistics & Freight ForwardingAbout Sky Ocean Shipping:

Sky Ocean Shipping is a leading logistics and freight forwarding company offering end-to-end solutions in sea, air, and land transportation. With a strong presence across the Middle East and Asia, we specialize in international shipping, customs clearance, warehousing, and project cargo.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including

Accounts Payable (AP)

and

Accounts Receivable (AR)

. Prepare invoices, credit/debit notes, and ensure timely collections and payments. Perform

bank reconciliations

, manage transactions, and monitor cash flow. Handle

GST filings, TDS

, and ensure compliance with Indian accounting regulations. Coordinate with internal teams for accurate billing and shipment-related cost allocation. Maintain financial records using

Tally or ERP systems

. Assist with monthly closings, audits, and generate reports for management. Communicate with vendors, customers, and auditors to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in

Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

.

1-4 years

of accounting experience, preferably in logistics or shipping. Proficient in

Tally

,

MS Excel

, and accounting software. Good knowledge of

GST, TDS

, and Indian accounting standards. Detail-oriented with strong time management and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
