Role Overview

We are looking for a CA Intermediate qualified professional to join our Finance & Accounts team. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, and supporting financial planning and analysis. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle general accounting including journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable & receivable. Prepare and maintain Books of Accounts as per applicable accounting standards. Assist in finalization of accounts, balance sheet, P&L, and MIS reporting. Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances. Support in internal and statutory audits by preparing necessary schedules and documentation. Handle payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and vendor payments. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Coordinate with banks for payments, fund transfers, and reconciliations. Support the finance team in implementing process improvements and controls.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and Income Tax laws. Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, or other accounting software. Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reports). Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications & Experience

CA Intermediate qualified (Group I/II cleared). Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred). 1-3 years of experience in accounting, audit, or finance functions. Experience in a corporate office / audit firm will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,482.83 - ₹27,130.63 per month
