Job Title: Account Executive - Receivable
Function: Accounts & Finance
Location: Lonavala
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Generate and issue invoices for services provided to guests, groups, or clients.
2. Ensure invoices are accurate and comply with company policies.
3. Receive and record payments from guests, including cash, credit cards, and other methods.
4. Apply payments to guest accounts promptly.
5. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
6. Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues.
7. Prepare daily management reports detailing accounts receivable status.
8. Assist in generating financial statements and reports as required.
9. Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
10. Maintain professional communication with clients regarding their accounts.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.

Minimum Job Experience: 2 - 3 years
