Beat Education is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Accounts Faculty to join our academic team in Calicut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in Accounting and Finance-related subjects and mentoring students to succeed in their academic and professional careers.
Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver lectures for accounting subjects (Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Taxation, etc.) in line with the syllabus.
Prepare lesson plans, academic calendars, and teaching materials.
Use modern teaching methods including smart board, PPTs, and real-time case studies.
Conduct internal assessments, quizzes, and model exams.
Track student performance and provide academic support/remedial classes.
Guide students in project work, internships, and practical assignments.
Maintain attendance, assessment records, and academic documentation.
Assist in syllabus revisions, exam planning, and question paper setting.
Motivate and mentor students toward academic excellence and career readiness.
