Position Overview:

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic

Accounts Faculty

to join our academic team in

Kochi

. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of

1 year of teaching or training experience in accounting

, along with practical knowledge of

SAP (preferably SAP FICO module)

. This role involves delivering high-quality instruction, developing course content, and mentoring students in both theoretical and practical aspects of accounting and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures and practical sessions on core accounting subjects and SAP modules. Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and training manuals in line with curriculum objectives. Ensure effective learning outcomes through engaging teaching methodologies. Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and practical assessments. Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students. Collaborate with academic coordinators to enhance course delivery and quality. Stay abreast of the latest developments in accounting standards and ERP technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum

1 year of teaching or training experience

in accounting or finance. Proficiency in

SAP

with hands-on experience. Strong command over accounting principles, Tally, and MS Office tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong classroom management and presentation abilities.
