Key Responsibilities
Manage
Accounts Receivable
and
Accounts Payable
processes.
Prepare, verify, and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
Reconcile vendor and customer accounts on a regular basis.
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
Support audits and provide necessary reports as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce / Accounting / Finance
or related field.
1-4 years
of experience in accounting (AR/AP preferred).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar).
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
