Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with taxation, legal, and corporate regulations.
Monitor and manage petty cash and other company expenses.
Support audits and provide necessary documentation.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial transactions.
Assist in improving financial procedures and internal controls.
