Designation: Accountants Executive(Female) Salary: Within 30,000/- INR Experience: 6-7 Years Responsibilities:
- Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts and reconciliation statements, ensuring compliance with time and accuracy norms.
- Conducting internal audits; preparing audit reports with a view to highlight the shortcomings and providing necessary recommendations.
- Interacting with banks for timely deposits of payments and handling other routine banking operations.
- Preparing outstanding statements, Credit Index Reports and Defaulters List.
- Coordinating with statutory and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Independently Handle Banking Operation , Cash Distribution , TDS, Reconciliation of GST, Online Statutory Payment (P.F, E.S.I, T.D.S, G.S.T, Customs Duty Etc), Professional Tax matters, preparing BRS , MIS Report , Bill Processing of Debtors and Creditors, Tax Invoice Etc.
- Formulating budgets and conducting analysis to determine difference between projected and actual results and implementing corrective actions.
- Preparing MIS reports with a view to provide feedback to the management on financial performance i. e. fund management, credit control, profitability, etc.
