To manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting while supporting business operations through accurate records and timely coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Manage bank, cash, and vendor reconciliations
Statutory & Compliance
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation)
Support TDS computation, filing, and returns
Assist in statutory audits and internal audits
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations
Payroll & Expenses
Process payroll inputs and employee reimbursements
Track statutory deductions and payments (PF, ESIC, PT)
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare monthly MIS, expense statements, and basic financial reports
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and vendors
Support management with financial data as required
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GST
Hands-on experience with Tally / accounting software
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Good coordination and follow-up skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Education & Experience
BCom / MCom
3-4 years of relevant accounting experience
Mandatory Requirement
Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory
Willingness to travel locally for bank work, statutory offices, and vendor coordination
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
