Advanced Excel
and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform
complete reconciliation
of accounts (bank, vendors, customers, inter-company, etc.) on a regular basis.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of
expenses, sales invoices, vouchers, and bills
.
Handle
bank KYC, compliance, and related documentation
as required.
Support in the preparation of
MIS reports, financial statements, and audit documentation
.
Process and verify
expense claims, petty cash, and vendor invoices
.
Ensure timely data entry and accurate record keeping in accounting systems.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (vendors, auditors, banks).
Take on
any additional responsibilities
assigned by management to support the finance function.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce / Accounting / Finance
or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
in accounting or finance.
Strong proficiency in
Advanced Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Formulas, Data Validation, etc.).
Sound knowledge of accounting principles, documentation, and reconciliation processes.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
