Manage and ensure timely filing of all GST transactions.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of each segments of GST portals for accurate submissions and rectifications.
Company Compliance:
Prepare and file statutory forms such as Form 8, Form 11, and other annual compliances.
Draft and manage yearly resolutions and maintain records in adherence to regulatory requirements.
Corporation and Municipality Taxes:
Handle tax payments and licensing processes on various portals like Trade License and Shop and Establishment portals.
Stay updated on changes in regulations and ensure timely compliance.
ESI & EPF Management:
Accurately calculate employee ESI (Employee State Insurance) and EPF (Employees' Provident Fund) contributions.
Manage transactions and records on respective portals with precision.
Billing and Expense Management:
Operate billing software effectively, ensuring error-free invoicing and reporting.
Calculate daily expenses and prepare reports in formats like Excel or other software as required.
Audit Support:
Assist auditors by preparing necessary financial statements and reports.
Ensure all financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience and knowledge in Accounting.
Strong understanding of GST, Statutory filings, and Tax Regulations.
Proficiency in any financial software and MS Excel.
Knowledge of calculation of ESI, EPF, and compliance-related portals.
