Generate invoices, track payments, follow up on outstanding bills, escalate issues as needed.
Maintain account records, update CRM or accounting systems, prepare weekly/monthly reports on account status, receivables, revenue.
Assist in the sales cycle: identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, coordinate with sales/marketing teams to convert leads.
Work closely with internal teams (product, operations, customer success) to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Analyse account performance metrics, identify trends (e.g., churn risk, payment delays), propose actions to improve account health.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements (billing, taxation etc.).
Prepare monthly/quarterly revenue forecast and reconciliations as required
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business / commerce / accounting or related field.
1-3 years (or more, depending on seniority) experience in account management, sales support, or finance/accounts (in EdTech or education sector preferred).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and/or accounting/billing software.
Skills & Competencies:
Technical skills: Excel (pivot tables / VLOOKUP a plus), comfortable with CRM/ERP.
Team player who collaborates across departments (sales, product, finance).
