About the Role:



We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

B.Com

graduate to join our finance team as an Accounts Executive. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for an individual looking to build a strong foundation in accounting principles and gain hands-on experience in a professional work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:



Bookkeeping & Record Maintenance:

Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.

Accounts Payable:

Process vendor invoices, verify supporting documents, and prepare for payment. Assist in reconciling vendor statements.

Accounts Receivable:

Generate and issue customer invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and help manage customer accounts.

Bank Reconciliation:

Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure company records match bank statements.

GST & Statutory Compliance:

Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns and other statutory forms (like TDS) under guidance.

Payment Processing:

Help in processing employee expense reimbursements and managing petty cash.

Data Entry & Reporting:

Accurately enter financial data into Tally or other accounting software. Support the team in preparing basic financial reports and MIS.

Documentation & Filing:

Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all financial documents.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory. 0 to 1 year of relevant experience. Freshers with a strong grasp of accounting fundamentals are encouraged to apply. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and Tally. Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel (for creating spreadsheets, using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
