Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting records for real estate projects.
Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts on a regular basis.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
Assist in preparing financial statements, GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Coordinate with project teams for expense tracking and cost management.
Support audits by providing required documents and clarifications to auditors.
Monitor and report project cash flows, revenue, and expense reports.
Maintain proper documentation for agreements, contracts, and financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
