Key Responsibilities:

Claims Processing & Verification
Collect, verify, and process distributor / stockist claims related to trade schemes, discounts, and incentives.
Ensure proper documentation and approvals for all submitted claims.
Reconcile claims with sales data and resolve discrepancies.

Scheme Design & Implementation
Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to design financially viable trade schemes.
Draft scheme circulars and ensure clear communication to field teams and distributors.
Monitor scheme effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Accounting & Documentation
Prepare accounting entries related to schemes, discounts, and provisions.
Maintain accurate and updated records of all claims and schemes.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to scheme accounting.

Reporting & Analysis
Generate periodic MIS reports on scheme utilization, claim status, and financial impact.
Analyze claim trends and scheme performance to support business decisions.

Coordination & Compliance
Coordinate closely with the sales team, distribution partners, and auditors.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory requirements, and audit norms.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com) / Accounting / Finance; MBA/PGDM in Finance is an advantage.
2-4 years
of relevant experience in the
Pharma industry
, preferably handling Pharma & generic products.
Proven expertise in
claims processing, trade schemes, and financial reconciliations
.
Strong understanding of pharma trade practices, distribution network, and schemes.
Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.) and MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in designing and launching trade schemes for new product introductions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Familiarity with statutory requirements related to pharma distribution and trade discounts
