Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field CA-Inter/CA-Intern preferred

Experience

: Minimum 2 to 7 years in a relevant accounting role

: 25000 to 40000

Skilled in advanced Excel techniques, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and a broad knowledge of Excel tools. Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports. Ensure timely payment to vendors and suppliers. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies. Manage and process customer invoices and receipts. Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments. Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies. Assist in preparing financial statements and reports. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Post transactions to the general ledger and ensure accurate account balances. Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents. Ensure adherence to accounting principles and company policies. Maintain proper documentation and support for all financial transactions. Assist with internal and external audits as required. Address and resolve any queries or issues from customers or vendors. Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies. Implement best practices to enhance financial operations.
