. This role involves working with international clients and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform bookkeeping for US-based clients
Work on QuickBooks for daily accounting tasks
Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Assist in month-end and year-end closing
Prepare financial statements and reports
Ensure accuracy and compliance with US accounting standards
Coordinate with clients for accounting requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in US accounting
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
Understanding of US bookkeeping processes
Good Excel and reporting skills
Strong attention to detail
