The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with statutory requirements. The role supports smooth financial functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payment vouchers
Perform bank reconciliations and cash/bank book maintenance
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as
GST, TDS, and Income Tax
Prepare GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and assist during audits
Maintain vendor and customer accounts
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors
Support budgeting and financial reporting as required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
