Key Responsibilities:

Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions in

Tally Prime

, ensuring accuracy and timely entries.

Prepare and process

invoices, payments, receipts, vouchers, and ledger postings

.

Maintain and reconcile

ledgers

for vendors, clients, and internal accounts.

Perform

bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and customer account reconciliations

on a regular basis.

Assist in

GST(GSTR-1, 1A & 3B ) return preparation, GSTR-2B reconciliations.

Support

TDS compliance

, including deduction tracking and assistance in return filing.

Help prepare schedules and supporting documents for

statutory, tax, and internal audits

.

Track

cash flow

, handle

petty cash management

, and ensure smooth day-to-day accounting operations.

Coordinate with

vendors, clients, and internal teams

for timely processing of payments and financial follow-ups.

Ensure

organized filing

of accounting, ledger, and compliance documents for easy accessibility.

Key Requirements

Experience with a CA firm is mandatory

.

2-3 years of experience in

accounting and compliance

.

Proficiency in

Tally Prime

with good knowledge of

ledger posting & reconciliation

.

Strong knowledge of GST

(returns, reconciliations, compliance).

Basic knowledge of TDS & ITR

processes.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills.
