Key Responsibilities:
Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions.
Process invoices, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements.
Assist in bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
Support preparation of financial statements and reports.
Monitor expenses and support budget tracking.
Coordinate with other departments for accurate expense entries.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory guidelines.
Assist in audits by preparing required documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
Freshers are welcome; up to 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and willingness to learn.
