: Accounts Executive - Tally Prime & Excel Proficiency

: ?35,000 - ?40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

:

Accounting Operations

: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.

Tally Prime Expertise

: Utilize Tally Prime for generating invoices, managing payments and receipts, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Taxation Compliance

: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS returns, and ensure adherence to applicable tax regulations.

Financial Reporting

: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit & loss accounts and balance sheets.

Bank Reconciliation

: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.

Data Analysis

: Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Documentation & Filing

: Maintain organized records of financial transactions and ensure timely filing of statutory documents

Required Qualifications

:

Educational Background

: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.

Professional Experience

: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting roles, with hands-on experience in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in Tally Prime and advanced Microsoft Excel .

Knowledge

: Understanding of GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation laws.

Communication Skills

: Effective verbal and written communication abilities.

Attention to Detail

: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping.
