We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our growing team and help us manage the financial operations of our dynamic company.

As an Accounts Executive, you will play a vital role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with financial reporting. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments. You will be responsible for ensuring the company's financial processes are compliant with regulations and executed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record-Keeping:
Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Invoicing & Payments:
Ensure timely issuance of invoices and follow up on payments and outstanding balances.
Reporting:
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Support budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
Tax Compliance:
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
Audit Assistance:
Prepare and provide required documents and reports for internal and external audits.
General Administrative Support:
Provide day-to-day support to the finance team as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-3 years) in an accounting or finance role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in tax filing and preparation.
Experience in working with a multinational organization.
Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus.
