Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
Handle day-to-day accounting operations using
Zoho Books
Create Proforma Invoices and convert them into final Invoices
Record sales, purchases, expenses, and bank transactions
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
Assist in preparing financial statements and MIS reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Support audits and respond to accounting-related queries
Handle work pressure and meet deadlines effectively
Required Skills:
Minimum
6 months of accounting experience
Hands-on experience with
Zoho Books
Knowledge of
Proforma Invoice creation and Invoice conversion
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting documentation
