Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1.

Bookkeeping & Data Entry

in Tally and MS Excel

2.

Bank Reconciliation

and daily transaction tracking

3. Preparing and processing

vendor payments



4. Raising and following up on

client invoices



5. Managing records for

receivables and payables



6. Assisting in

monthly/quarterly financial reporting



7. Coordinating with internal teams and vendors for documentation

8. Maintaining and organizing supporting documents for audits

9. Handling petty cash and expense entries

Key Requirements:



1. Proficient in

Tally (ERP 9 or Prime)



2. Good knowledge of

MS Office (Excel, Word)



3. Understanding of basic accounting principles

4. Familiarity with

GST, TDS

, and invoice formats

5. Accuracy, attention to detail, and time management

6. Clear communication (written & verbal)

Educational Qualifications:



Graduate in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent)

3-5 years of experience in a similar role preferred

Experience in travel/events industry is a plus



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
