Urgent opening for Accounts Executive- Solar company with Good salary

Location: Near Hopes, Coimbatore

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal entries). Maintain accounts payable and receivable ledgers. Prepare GST, TDS workings and assist in monthly statutory filings. Verify vendor bills, quotations, and supporting documents. Assist in monthly closing, reconciliations, and reporting. Prepare bank reconciliation statements. Coordinate with internal teams for bill submissions, approvals, and documentation. Maintain petty cash and office expense statements. Assist the Accounts Manager in audits and financial data preparation. Maintain proper filing of all accounting documents (manual & digital).

Skills & Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / Any Finance-related degree. Knowledge of Tally ERP / Zoho Books / Any Accounting Software. Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles. Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Basic Formulas). Attention to detail, accuracy, and good communication skills. Ability to manage deadlines and multitask efficiently.
