B.com graduate with good hands on experience in vendor recon and GST process.

Age below 40 years

Customer Reconciliation:

Reconcile accounts receivable balances with customer statements and address any discrepancies.

GST Compliance:

GST Filing: Prepare and file accurate and timely GST returns according to regulatory requirements.

GST Reconciliation: Reconcile GST ledger with the general ledger and identify and resolve any variances.

GST Audits: Coordinate and participate in GST audits, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Compliance:

Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards, GST laws, and other relevant regulations.

Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.

Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Software Proficiency:

ERP Systems: Proficiency in using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for reconciliation and financial reporting.

GST Software: Familiarity with GST filing software and tools for accurate and efficient compliance.

Communication:

Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as finance, procurement, and sales, to gather information and ensure accuracy in reconciliation.

Communication Skills: Effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders and management.

Problem Solver:

Issue Resolution: Ability to identify and resolve reconciliation discrepancies promptly.

Process Improvement: Proactively suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Professional Development: Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development, especially in areas related to accounting standards and tax regulations.
