Serve as the main point of contact for clients, build strong relationships, and ensure their needs and goals are met.
Sales and business development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and pitch products or services to meet client needs and sales targets.
Contract negotiation:
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients, and close deals.
Internal collaboration:
Work with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure client satisfaction and timely project delivery.
Account planning and analysis:
Develop account plans, track account performance, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Client support:
Provide support to clients, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
Reporting and presentations:
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders, and provide regular updates on progress.
