We are hiring a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, and reporting using Zoho Books. The role also includes client coordination for billing clarifications, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation -- ideal for someone who enjoys both accounting precision and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries in Zoho Books.
Handle GST filings, TDS, and bank reconciliation activities.
Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, and cash flow summaries.
Handle petty cash management, expense tracking and settlements.
Maintain vendor and client ledgers with accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate with clients for billing queries, settlements, and follow-ups.
Support monthly closing, audit documentation, and statutory compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams for expense tracking and billing support.
Ensure all accounting data is up-to-date and compliant with standards.
Requirements:
Education: B.Com or equivalent.
Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
Software Skills:
Zoho Books (preferred)
MS Excel
Knowledge of: GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Preferred Qualities:
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
Ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities efficiently.
Professional, organized, and proactive in follow-ups.
Good communication and coordination skills for client interactions.
Strong sense of ownership, accuracy, and time management.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday -- 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
2 Saturdays Off
