We are looking for an Accounts Executive with around 1 year of experience to support our finance operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in basic accounting, bookkeeping, and financial documentation, with good knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting entries and voucher preparation.
Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledgers.
Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
Coordinate with internal departments for invoice verification and payments.
Support during internal and external audits.
Required Qualifications:
B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts / Finance.
Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar).
Strong skills in MS Excel and data entry.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.

Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to meet deadlines and work as part of a team.
Proactive and willing to learn new systems and processes.
