As an Accounts Executive at Usha Fire Safety, your role involves assistant the accounts executive, managing financial transactions, records, and reports for the organization. You will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial data and supporting the financial operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Record and manage financial transactions, including payments and expenditure
2. Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
3. Monitor and track Supplier invoices to identify overdue payments
4. Investigate and resolve any payment discrepancies or disputes from supplier payment.
5. Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales and accounts receivable, to facilitate
payment collection.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding payment collection practices.
7. Maintain and record the customer cash and cheque deposited in the bank.
8. Reconcile the petty cash day-to-day in our books.
9. Maintain book-keeping records in financial transactions.
10. Record and maintain the supplier ledger confirmation from our vendor
