Job Title : Accounting Executive

Accounts Executive

is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the finance team with reporting and compliance. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Record daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. Maintain accurate ledgers and ensure proper classification of accounts. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Create and manage customer invoices, sales bills, and delivery Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns. Support TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP9 / Tally Prime, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.). Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. o-1 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance. Experience with Tally or similar accounting systems is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree (M.Com / MBA Finance). Certification in accounting or tax (e.g., Tally course, GST certification). Experience working in a corporate or multi-branch accounting environment. Advanced Excel skills.

Work Environment

Office-based role. May require working during month-end closing or financial deadlines. Collaboration with finance, sales, purchase, and management teams.
