Role: Accounts Executive (Tally Specialist)

Job Purpose:

To manage inventory of solar pump and water system components, ensuring proper receipt, storage, issue, and accounting of materials using

Tally ERP

and other inventory management tools, while maintaining accuracy and supporting smooth project/site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

Receive, verify, and record incoming solar pump parts, panels, controllers, pipes, cables, and other materials.

Issue materials to project/site teams as per approved requisitions.

Maintain

minimum stock levels

and raise purchase requests when required.

Conduct

daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations

.

Tally & Documentation

Enter all receipts, issues, and stock adjustments in

Tally ERP

.

Generate

GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Stock Ledger, Issue Slips, and Inventory Reports

.

Ensure correct classification of materials (Panels, Pumps, Controllers, Accessories, Spare parts).

Support

audit & compliance

requirements with accurate Tally data.

Warehouse & Logistics

Maintain proper storage conditions for solar equipment to prevent damage.

Label and arrange materials systematically for quick retrieval.

Coordinate with logistics for dispatch and safe transportation to project sites.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure FIFO (First In - First Out) method for stock movement.

Adhere to company policies on safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Maintain proper documentation for warranty claims, damaged goods, or returns.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Graduate / Diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.

Software Skills:

Proficient in

Tally ERP (Inventory Module)

, and MS Excel.

Experience:

2-5 years in Store/Inventory role, preferably in

Renewable Energy / Solar / Pump industry

. Strong knowledge of

inventory control, reconciliation, and documentation

. Ability to work in

field/project locations

and handle multiple stock points. Good communication and coordination skills with site, purchase, and accounts teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?21,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
