Maintain daily financial records, sales, and expense entries
Prepare and send invoices, manage receivables and payables
Reconcile bank statements and eCommerce sales reports
Assist in monthly reporting, including profit & loss summaries
Work with accountants during tax filing and audits
Manage petty cash and vendor payments
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
Prior experience in client servicing or account management is a plus
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software , SAP (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks)
Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and bookkeeping
Attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
