We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations including purchase orders, accounts reconciliation, payment follow-ups, preparing invoices and purchase entries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally and CRM systems, strong coordination skills, and a solid understanding of accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
:
Prepare, process, and track
Purchase Orders (POs)
Record and manage
purchase entries
in Tally
Perform
accounts reconciliation
Follow up on
outstanding payments
Coordinate with vendors for billing, payments, and documentation
Maintain accurate records of invoices, debit/credit notes, and receipts
Update customer and transaction details in
CRM systems
Ensure timely posting of transactions and data accuracy
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Support audits by providing required financial data and reports
Skills & Competencies
:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Marathi.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic report formatting.
Good analytical, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional attitude, integrity, and willingness to learn.
Education & Experience
:
Qualification: Graduate or postgraduate in accounts
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in metal trading, manufacturing or industrial setup.
Exposure to accounts, finance & operations is preferable
Experience in purchase and trading will be preferred
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
