The Account Executive is responsible for maintaining account records for preparing periodic GST-related reports from time to time. He/She is authorized to perform functions related to filing returns within the applicable due dates. Responsibilities include receiving and processing invoices, expense forms, and payment requests, handling petty cash, preparing bills and receipts, maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc. Must be thorough with statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes such as Service Tax and TDS.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of company accounts, acting as the main point of contact.
Handle income tax, GST, and other relevant tax filings for the company and clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to avoid unnecessary expenses.
Monitor the company's account status.
Monitor and manage ongoing account activities.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate and address client needs.
Prepare regular reports on account status and performance.
Collaborate with internal teams.
Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and account reviews to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role, with a focus on TDS filing, tax returns, and DSC management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and internal teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with TDS and DSC management portals.
