We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Duties
Cultivate and manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis and prospecting activities.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions that meet client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.
Provide leadership within the sales team by sharing best practices and mentoring junior staff where appropriate.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and customer insights effectively.
Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM software is highly desirable.
Demonstrated leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate team members and foster a collaborative environment.
