We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented fresher who will manage customer accounts, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accurate financial tracking. The role requires strong communication, follow-up ability, and good analytical skills. Key
Responsibilities
1. Customer Outstanding Management Follow up with customers for pending payments. Share outstanding statements and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate with sales and billing teams for collection-related queries.
2. Customer Advance Tracking Monitor advances received from customers.Ensure timely adjustment of advances against invoices.Maintain proper documentation and supporting records.Identify mismatches and work with customers/sales teams to close gaps.
3. Additional Responsibilities Maintain SIM activation/deactivation records.Support the accounts team in day-to-day activities.Digital Signature (DSC) ProcessAssist in documentation, reporting, and internal coordination. Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BMS / BA / Any Graduate with good communication skills)
