Reports to: MANAGER ACCOUNTS
Industry: IT INDUSTRY
Experience: 2 TO 5 YEARS
Qualification: B.COM/M.COM/MBA FINANCE.
Roles and responsibilities:
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Hands on experience in accounts payable & accounts receivable in IT Industry. Independent working for direct & indirect taxes.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Preparation of invoices for domestic & foreign clients as per compliances.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Able to manage all operational activity in the accounts department.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Coordination with internal & external factors of business.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Excellent knowledge of accounting software\xe2\x80\x99s like tally & QuickBooks.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Documentation For AR/AP as per requirement
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Handling complaints and negotiations.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Assist in internal & external audits to team.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Maintain financial records for Client & Supplier companies by analysing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Reconcile bank statements by comparing transactions to the general ledger.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Assist with day-to-day operations of the Finance department, including filing, report generation, budget review, etc.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Maintain accounting documents and records, ensuring all files are up to date.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Vendor registration documentation.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Banking documentation as per requirements . Skills and Knowledge:

\xe2\x9e\xa2 Presentation Skills.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Fast learner and passion for work.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Ability to manage client & vendor expectations.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 High command on accounting techniques and processes.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Proficient user of the full Microsoft excels/ Office, google drives, experience using databases to manage accounts Numerate. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Self-motivated with results driven approach.
