Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents accurately and efficiently. Reconcile financial statements and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly. Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Contribute to the development and implementation of internal controls. Collaborate with the finance team to support financial audits and compliance efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in an accounting or finance role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software, Tally and MS Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
