We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Accounts Executive

to join our finance team. This role specifically focuses on

Accounts Payables and Receivables

within the scope of

international accounting

.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling both AP & AR functions and should be comfortable working in a

client-facing capacity

, especially with

international clients

.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes. Handle client communication regarding invoices, payments, reconciliations, and outstanding balances. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely billing and collections. Prepare and maintain aging reports and monitor overdue accounts. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in payables and receivables, preferably in an international accounting setup. Strong communication skills and prior experience in

client-facing roles

. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.). Good understanding of international taxation, invoicing norms, and reconciliation practices.
