Role Overview:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive who can manage day-to-day accounting processes, support financial reporting, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

You will play a key role in maintaining smooth financial operations within the company.

Key Responsibility:

Manage daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments) Maintain and reconcile ledgers Handle GST invoices, e-way bills & vendor payments Prepare reports on outstanding payments & follow-ups Coordinate with internal teams for documentation & billing Assist the senior accounts team with monthly closing & audit preparation Maintain proper files, financial documents & compliance records

Qualification & Skills:

? Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred)

? 1-2 years of accounting experience

? Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP, invoicing & MS Excel

? Understanding of GST, TDS & basic finance compliance

? Excellent organizational & communication skills

? Ability to work independently with accuracy

? Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply
