Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Accounts Executive

to manage daily accounting operations, reconciliations, and ERP entries. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills and experience in handling E-commerce accounting, especially with Amazon Seller accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ledger Management

Maintain and update all ledger accounts accurately. Ensure timely posting of transactions with proper documentation and compliance.

2. Insurance Claims Management

Enter and track insurance claims in the system. Coordinate with internal teams and insurance companies for claim follow-ups and closures.

3.Amazon Reconciliation & E-commerce Accounting

Maintain proper accountancy records for Amazon sales, invoices, settlements, and payments. Reconcile Amazon reports (sales, returns, fees, TCS, etc.) with internal accounting data. Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.

4.ERP Operations

Operate and update records in ERP softwares such as

Busywin

and

Catpro

. Ensure data accuracy and support in system-based process improvements.

5.Quarterly QC Reconciliation (Amazon)

Assist in preparing and closing QC reconciliation with Amazon on a quarterly basis. Coordinate with the operations and e-commerce teams for data accuracy.

6.Excel Proficiency

Use advanced Excel tools such as

V-Lookup

, Pivot Tables, and other major formulas. Prepare reports, MIS statements, and reconciliation sheets as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in accounting (experience with E-Commerce accounting preferred).

Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation.

Proficiency in Excel and accounting ERP software (Busywin, Catpro, or similar).

Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.

Experience in Amazon Seller Central / e-commerce marketplace accounting.
